Job Description
Randstad is seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in our manufacturing and system operations, working alongside engineers to handle set-up and calibration tasks, provide system support, and perform preventative maintenance.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and performing rework to ensure quality.
- Quality Control: Using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments and quality testing.
- Process Improvement: Assisting in developing and implementing methods to control and modify manufacturing processes.
- Compliance: Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Technical foundation: You have an electro-mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of hand tools, pneumatics, and electricity .

- A focus on quality: You are detail-oriented and value precision, with a proven ability to strictly adhere to SOPs .
- Reliability and flexibility: You are reliable and punctual, and you're flexible enough to work off-hours if needed. You also have excellent organizational skills.
The essential functions of this role include:
