This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in the oilfield and industrial services.

No previous oilfield experience is required.

Candidates with general labor, construction, manufacturing, equipment, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Equipment Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available

• Work a 15 days on / 6 days off rotation.
• Rotators typically fly into North Dakota on a Tuesday and fly home 15 days later on a Wednesday.
• Company-paid travel from Colorado to North Dakota is provided for qualifying employees.
• Company-provided apartments are available for employees who relocate or travel for the position.
• During your 15-day hitch, you will be on-call 24/7 based on operational needs.
• There are no set daily hours or shifts.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to your training, competency level, and job requirements.
• Assist field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings.
• Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and on time. 

Equipment Operator Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working a rotational schedule and being on-call 24/7 during the 15-day hitch.
• Must be willing and able to travel to Williston, North Dakota for work.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
