You claim the orders you want, work when you want, and earn at your own pace.EarningsPay Structure: $18 flat rate per order + weight overages + 100% of your tips.Freedom: No uniforms. Just dress comfortably and work at your own pace.The Hiring Process We value your time, so we keep things moving.Online Application: A 5-minute initial form.Phone Screening: A 5-minute introductory call.Onboarding: A one-time, 2-hour in-person session at our Tempe office (Mill Ave & Broadway).Note: Onboarding sessions occur on select weekdays at 12:00 PM. We conduct a background check during this session.The RoleTotal Flexibility: Claim orders 7 days a week between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.The Workflow: Pick up laundry from a customer, head to one of our partner laundry facilities to wash, dry, and fold, then deliver it back to the customer.Supplies Provided: We provide all detergent and laundry supplies—no out-of-pocket costs for you.Choose Your Area: You can choose to claim orders in whatever part of town works best for you.QualificationsValid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance.A reliable, closed-roof vehicle.Ability to lift/carry up to ~50 lbs.Ability to stand for several hours while processing orders.
