Pay: $28-32/hour depending on experience; Spanish speaking preferred!

Smith Therapy Partners has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities for over 20 years.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient FollowUp : Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions : Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation : While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere : Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
