Title: Digital Scrum Master

Strong and assertive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across digital, mobile, patient engagement, scheduling, telehealth, and customer-facing technology initiatives.
The role will drive predictable delivery, coach high-performing teams, manage dependencies, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Analytics, and enterprise stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile events while coaching teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
Track sprint commitments, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and Jira-based metrics to improve delivery predictability and team performance.
Partner with Product Owners, Digital leaders, Engineering, UX/UI, and enterprise stakeholders to remove impediments and drive successful digital initiatives.
