Bottle Server — Chelsea Livingroom NYC

Position: Bottle Server
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Chelsea Livingroo is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven  Bottle Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and experienced in delivering exceptional service in a high-end nightlife environment.

Previous experience in high-end or luxury nightclubs is required. Candidates should have a proven track record of providing elevated bottle service and exceptional hospitality to VIP clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to VIP and bottle-service guests.
• Welcome guests and create a warm, engaging experience from arrival through departure.
• Deliver elevated bottle service in accordance with venue standards.
• Present and serve bottles, mixers, and accompaniments professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished table presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clientele.
• Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, security, and management.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bottle-service areas.
• Follow all venue policies, including responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous bottle-service experience in a high-end or luxury nightclub environment.
• Proven experience working with VIP and high-profile clientele.
• Experience with notable NYC nightlife groups is preferred.
• An established personal client/VIP list is a huge plus.
• Strong ability to attract, develop, and maintain VIP clientele.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, polished, and guest-focused personality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and nightlife service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus.
• TIPS certification is not required at the time of hire; candidates must be willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• Must have availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Must meet all applicable legal requirements for alcohol service.
